Etienne Yuan

Etienne Yuan is Head of Ikano Bank’s Innovation Lab, where a multidisciplinary team of design, business, tech, and data science experts tackle some of the most challenging questions the bank faces, applying rapid prototyping and design thinking principles.

Prior to joining Ikano, he worked in tech startups, the public sector and large multinationals such as Sony, with roles in Marketing, CRM, and Product & Service Development, where he had P&L responsibility for Sony Mobile’s Content and Services businesses globally.

Etienne has an undergraduate degree in Economics from National Chengchi University in Taiwan and Master degrees in Business Administration from the London Business School and Information Systems from the London School of Economics.
