Since I moved into professional services I have been responsible for digital learning, innovation, and effectiveness in various large-scale, global projects. Built-up teams to deliver innovative digital learning solutions and took over global responsibility for transformation and learning workstreams. I am used to working in complex and matrix organizations and strive for excellence through wins and nominations for different awards (e.g. Brandon Hall, Learning Technologies).
