Jacob is Customer Relations Director at P27 Nordic Payments and is responsible for customer and market engagement across the Nordics. He is an experienced leader with +20 years of experience within the payment space. He leverage his broad set of experiences in the interaction with customers and the wider payment ecosystem with a strong focus on enabling P27 to deliver on its mission to create an integrated payment area across the Nordics.

He thrives in the intersection between customer focused value propositions, technology and operational excellence. Previously he has served as a leader of multiple cross boarder teams in the areas of product development, customer consultancy and implementation management within the biggest financial institution in the Nordics.
