Bessem Ayari is a seasoned innovation strategist based in Düsseldorf, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Deutschland. Currently, he holds the esteemed position of Head of Innovation Strategy & Scouting at ERGO Group AG. Bessem’s journey at ERGO started with his role as Manager of Innovation & Digital Strategy for Global LPI, advancing quickly within the company. He later served as Manager for Innovation Scouting & Venturing, and notably, as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Digital Officer.
