More than 20 years of experience in IT for Financial services, I always like to work out of my comfort zone assuming new challenges and learning new ways of doing.
As responsible of the technological strategies in my company, I know how important is to ensure the proper technical decisions without forgetting the relevance of creating the adequate processes framework to support each specific situation.
As leader, I am a believer of the team work and the benefits of the diversity in the teams. The differences in terms of gender, nationality and age enrich massively the environment.
I work continuously with my team to find the proper role for each one, there is always a place where the people contribution can be maximise and if you find it that helps not only in the contribution but also in the health and quality of the team.
My horizontal background, working in different areas of the company and my years as consultant help me to have a global view and understanding of the Banking systems and processes as well as the organizational and budget component behind an IT company. I am flexible, committed, with high capability to adopt the change, willing to support and always looking for new challenges.
