Khwanchai Huailuk

Mr. Khwanchai commenced his career at the GSB Bank’s Digital Business Development Department in 2020. Prior to joining GSB Bank, Mr. Khwanchai worked for over 16 years at leading multi-national corporations.
He served as Vice President of Innovation and Assistant Vice President of Business Process Reengineering & CX Management at CIMB Bank.
Khwanchai has held Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and senior engineer at TDK, Magnecomp Precision Technology, Eiwa, and Seagate Technology.

Mr. Khwanchai specialties lie in the areas of business process improvement & automation, customer experience management, business development, innovation, and digital transformation – related roles with leading Banking and Manufacturing industry, where he concurrently earned his M.Eng and B.Eng in Engineering and Executive mini MBA Studies and his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Mr. Khwanchai was participated in key projects and got the award IDC Digital Transformation Awards (DXa) 2018 – Omni Experience Innovator of the Year and Thailand ICT Excellence Awards 2018
