Lucy Fraser

Lucy is a policy specialist working for the insurance sector, supporting market growth, and working with industry and Government stakeholders. She has a PhD in Engineering and is passionate about family, society, and culture. Her PhD was about the NHS estates and public health policy. Now, she works in cyber insurance policy with the goal of creating a healthy sustainable market, and this follows on from her time at the City of London Corporation where she specialised in cyber security policy for the financial and professional services sectors
