I have been in digital banking for 20 years in quite digitally developed environment in Turkey. This includes 2 of top 5 biggest banks and Citibank which had worldwide retail presence.

I had the opportunity to see closely how digital banking evolved among banks in years, from simple transactions to p2p payments without bank account, investments, getting e2e products, account opening remotely etc. Currently i work for Nova KBM Slovenia which have become the best digital banking in the country including neobanks with intense strategic plans. We continuously seeking innovation and development with agile process.

Banking has been one of the most positively effected sectors in digitization and I believe in the future, digital will take place further in banking activities even highly regulated industry,
